We'll be hosting regular DJs and live music nights, with drinks flowing and a menu of grilled snacks designed for late nights. It's a different way to experience BBQ in London where you can come for dinner, then stay for the music.

The story behind the smoke
Before entering the food world, Hon built a reputation in East London's underground music scene as founder of Vinyl Pimp, a much-loved second-hand record shop and fixture within the city's DJ and collector community.
A poker trip in 2021 to Austin, Texas led him to Michelin-starred InterStellar BBQ, where he was introduced to the precision and ritual of true Texan barbecue by pitmaster John Bates.
After hosting pop-ups in 2022, he secured a two-year residency at All My Friends in Hackney Wick, where dishes like the 8-Hour Ox Cheeks and Sichuan Beef Short Ribs became cult favourites.
